Beginning January 1, 2025, the District has expenses that require extra services that should be borne by the affected party and not the water users at a 1 acre minimum.

1.      Transfer off/quitclaim = $399.00 per tax lot plus $110.00 GIS mapping fee per tax lot.

2.      Transfer on = $550.00 application fee plus $110.00 GIS mapping fee per tax lot needed to complete           transfer plus $2,000.00 per acre to District to construct turnouts etc.       

3.      Instream Lease = $400.00   1-4 tax lots, and a $500.00 processing fee

4.      Pond application = $300.00 plus $110.00 GIS mapping fee                          

5.      Returned check fee = $45.00                                                                                           

6.      Fees to review plat maps, on-site visits for developers/surveyors, etc.

c.       $50.00 on-site visit

d.      $50.00 any repeat/extra

7.      $65.00 Assessment Request (Lien search) fee per tax lot
